“Loving ourselves points us to capacities of resilience,  compassion, and  understanding within that are simply part of being alive.”

-Sharon Salzberg

I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to heal, and thrive. I hold a firm belief that no one should suffer in silence. In my work, I help clients identify emotions through telling their stories and their truths. I hope that in this space, you can show up just as you are with all that you are carrying. It is my joy and great honor to hold these stories with empathy and compassion. Together, we can then forge a path toward healing. Being client-centered, I aim to partner with clients to create goals together that will enable them to live a healthy and whole life.

My areas of focus are helping individuals, couples, and families to identify areas that are keeping them stuck through empathic listening and fostering a deeper understanding of self. Along with identifying areas for growth, my joy is to help clients identify strengths within themselves to build resiliency. I work with people of all ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, and spiritual or religious beliefs.

I am deeply interested in the mind-body connection and believe that our bodies hold our emotions whether that is pain or joy. In my work, I pay close attention to what our bodies are saying to us about our emotions and experiences. I am passionate about implementing self-regulation techniques in our everyday lives to better cope with life’s stressors.

I have previous teaching experience working with students with ASD and walking alongside them and their families through the early years of diagnosis. Working with
these students and their families brought me deep joy and gratitude as I walked alongside them in this time of confusion and grief. It is a passion of mine and I hope to work with this population and their families again.

I am a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena California. As a trainee, at the center of my work is the acknowledgment that each of us has a unique story to tell. When our stories are told, in safety, our wounds can be healed. I desire to help you tell your story and heal your wounds. It is my honor and privilege to create a space for you to do just that.
