Are You Searching for Deeper Understanding and Lasting Healing?
- Do you feel trapped in repeating emotional patterns—as if you’re stuck reliving the same pain, conflicts, or self-doubt?
- Have past traumas, betrayals, or unresolved wounds resurfaced, leaving you overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain?
- Do you experience a profound sense of loneliness or disconnection, even when surrounded by others or with your partner?
- Are you struggling with your partner to truly be seen, heard, or valued, caught in cycles of frustration or distance?
- Have you been drawn to exploring the unconscious—your dreams, instincts, or deeper self—but don’t know where to begin?
- Do you feel drained by the world's superficiality—craving deep, meaningful conversations and intellectual connection—only to be met with frustration, especially in your closest relationships?
If you are here, you may be in a place of profound disillusionment, grief, or a transition period. Therapy offers relief from suffering and an opportunity to listen deeply to yourself, uncover the unconscious forces shaping your experience, and step into a fuller, more authentic version of who you are meant to be.
A Depth-Oriented Approach to Therapy
Therapy is not about quick fixes but a process of discovery, transformation, and understanding. Our struggles often have roots that extend far beyond the present moment, shaped by early experiences, hidden fears, trauma, betrayal, unresolved grief, and the stories we carry in our unconscious. I work from a psychodynamic and depth psychology perspective, meaning I help you explore the underlying themes, emotions, and internal conflicts that influence your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to make sense of your experiences and move toward a greater sense of wholeness. Whether you are seeking to process trauma, navigate a life transition, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, or explore the messages of your dreams, I provide a safe and compassionate space to do that work.
I specialize in working with those who have histories of trauma, shame-based internal structures, wounds from betrayal, and complex psychological challenges.
For those who seek less traditional paths to healing, I offer Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine-Facilitated Therapy.- Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy: As a certified Psychedelic Therapist, I have witnessed firsthand how specific psychedelic medicines, when used in a therapeutic setting, can facilitate profound emotional breakthroughs, deep trauma healing, and expanded self-awareness.
- Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy: Words are powerful, but sometimes healing happens beyond language. Equine therapy allows for deep somatic healing and emotional integration, providing a nonverbal, intuitive space for self-exploration, self-trust, and relational awareness.
My Journey Toward Depth Psychology
I have always been drawn to the unseen layers of human experience—the emotions beneath the surface, the stories we tell ourselves, the dreams that speak to us in symbols. My path began in education and spiritual work, first as a teacher for special education students and later as an ordained minister. But it was a series of disturbing nightmares in 2008 that truly set me on the course toward depth psychology.
I became fascinated by the unconscious, leading me to pursue studies in anthropology, media/social psychology, and depth-oriented counseling psychology. This deep curiosity continues to shape my work today. I write extensively about the unconscious and lead dream groups, guiding others in understanding how dreams influence our waking lives.

Therapy Theory
Therapy is a journey toward wholeness, self-discovery, and deeper authenticity. Rooted in psychodynamic and depth psychology, my approach views emotional suffering not as something to suppress but as a meaningful signal—an invitation to explore the unconscious forces that shape your thoughts, relationships, and behavioral patterns. True healing occurs when we bring these hidden elements into conscious awareness, creating space for integration, growth, and a more authentic existence.
I believe therapy's purpose is not to "fix" what seems broken but to help you uncover and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been buried, silenced, or fragmented by past experiences. This transformative process requires a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold at a pace that feels both safe and challenging. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you as we navigate your inner world together—helping you find meaning in your struggles while equipping you with practical tools to face life's challenges with renewed self-awareness and resilience.

The Queen's Path: A Revolutionary Guide to Womens Empowerment and Sovereignty
The Queen’s Path is a groundbreaking exploration of the hidden psychological forces that shape women’s lives, offering a long-overdue alternative to the male-centric Hero’s Journey. Drawing from depth psychology, mythology, and cultural analysis, exploring how women are conditioned from an early age to divide themselves—forced into the roles of either the “Good Girl” or the “Rebel”—leading to an internal fragmentation she calls The Divide. Through storytelling, personal narratives, and a 13-step framework for self-sovereignty, you are offered a revolutionary path to wholeness, empowering women to reclaim their lost selves, rewrite their narratives, and step into true sovereignty.
