$150 - $435 You don’t have to navigate this alone. Healing begins with understanding—your emotions, your experiences, and the patterns that shape your life. In therapy, we create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity, process unresolved experiences, and move toward a more authentic, balanced life. I incorporate Attachment-Based Therapy and Parts Work (Internal Family Systems – IFS) in my work with individuals. These modalities help clients understand the underlying emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck and overwhelmed. 💙 Attachment-Based Therapy explores how early relationships shape our emotional well-being, self-worth, and the way we connect with others. If you’ve experienced insecurity, abandonment, or relational wounds, this approach can help you develop self-trust, emotional security, and deeper connections in your relationships. 🧩 Parts Work (IFS – Internal Family Systems) helps you recognize and integrate the different “parts” of yourself—such as the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child. Often, these parts develop as coping mechanisms in response to difficult experiences. By working with them, rather than against them, we can foster self-acceptance, healing, and internal balance. These approaches are especially beneficial for individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, as they help uncover deep-rooted emotional patterns and create lasting inner transformation. With a foundation in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and couples transform negative interaction cycles into meaningful, supportive connections. By focusing on emotions and communication, we work to rebuild trust, intimacy, and mutual understanding. I am also trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, an emerging approach that can provide profound breakthroughs in emotional healing. In a safe and structured therapeutic environment, this method can help unlock deeper self-awareness and process unresolved experiences in ways that traditional talk therapy may not. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology and my Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. My mission is to support you in uncovering your strengths, healing past wounds, and stepping into the life you truly want to live.![]()
