If any of these questions resonate with you, know that you do not have to navigate them alone. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve care, understanding, and healing. Therapy That Honors Your Full Story Whether you are seeking to heal emotional wounds, strengthen relationships, support your family, or better understand yourself, it is my privilege to create a space where your story is welcomed with compassion and curiosity. As a Compassionate BIPOC therapist, I bring empathy, cultural humility, and authenticity to every session. My work is grounded in the belief that emotional wellness cannot be separated from our relationships, family systems, culture, community, and lived experiences. Healing happens when we feel deeply seen, understood, and supported in the fullness of who we are. A Holistic Perspective: Supporting Individuals, Children, and Families This work gave me a deep understanding of how emotional, developmental, educational, and family factors intersect throughout the lifespan. Today, as a Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist, I am expanding my work beyond the educational setting because I believe meaningful healing occurs when we support not just the individual, but the entire family system. My goal is to work holistically with children, parents, couples, and families to foster healthier relationships, stronger communication, and lasting emotional well-being. Who I Work With Supporting Couples Through Connection and Healing I am especially drawn to working with couples and helping partners create relationships rooted in safety, understanding, and secure connection. I have completed extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most researched and effective approaches for couples counseling. My work is informed by attachment science and focuses on helping couples move beyond cycles of conflict, disconnection, and misunderstanding toward deeper emotional connection. I also have a particular interest in helping couples heal from betrayal trauma, including infidelity, breaches of trust, and relationship ruptures. Together, we work to understand the underlying attachment injuries, rebuild safety, foster vulnerability, and create pathways toward repair and reconnection. My Therapeutic Approach As your therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative, and reflective space where healing can unfold at your own pace. My work is rooted in attachment-based, trauma-informed, and narrative therapy approaches, while honoring the unique strengths and cultural experiences each client brings into the room. Supporting Early Childhood and Caregiver Relationships I am deeply passionate about early childhood mental health and caregiver-child relationships. Let's Begin This Journey Together Healing does not happen in isolation. Whether you are navigating anxiety, family challenges, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, therapy can offer a space for reflection, growth, and transformation. I am committed to walking alongside you with gentleness, honesty, and care as you move toward greater healing, connection, and resilience. As a compassionate BIPOC therapist, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—and where meaningful change can begin.![]()
