Discover Your True Self with Compassionate Therapy
- Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges?
- Do past experiences hold you back from living fully in the present?
- Are relationship conflicts leaving you feeling misunderstood and unheard?
- Do you long for a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment?
- Are you or a loved one navigating the emotional toll of cancer treatment, recovery, or loss?
I believe that with the right therapeutic relationship and a safe, nurturing space, you can uncover your true self, gain clarity, and become empowered to face life’s hardest challenges. Life is filled with ups and downs, and while challenges are a normal part of the human experience, it’s how we respond to these moments that defines our growth and resilience. My role as a therapist is to provide compassionate therapy that helps you tap into your innate wisdom, guiding you toward becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
A Collaborative Journey Toward Healing
Therapy is not about fixing what is broken—because you are not broken. It is a collaborative partnership where we work together to bring awareness to underlying issues that may be causing challenges in your relationships, work, and everyday life. My approach is gentle yet directive, offering compassionate therapy to help you:- Identify and release negative patterns that keep you feeling stuck
- Understand how past experiences shape your present actions and choices
- Cultivate positive, compassionate ways of navigating the world
I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you acknowledge your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion. Every emotion—even the “bad” ones—has a purpose and a message. Instead of fighting against uncomfortable feelings, I encourage you to lean into them, exploring what they are trying to communicate about your needs, desires, and boundaries.
Supporting Individuals and Families Through the Cancer Journey
As a cancer support therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through the emotional and mental tolls of cancer treatment, recovery, and loss. Whether you are:- Undergoing active cancer treatment and seeking support to manage fear, anxiety, and uncertainty
- A cancer survivor working to rebuild a sense of normalcy and joy
- A family member caring for a loved one with cancer, grappling with complex emotions and stress
- Grieving the loss of someone dear to cancer and needing a safe space to process your pain
Through compassionate therapy, I integrate mindfulness, emotional processing, and therapeutic tools to help you find strength, hope, and healing in the midst of one of life's most profound challenges—navigating the complexity of cancer treatment and recovery.
Healing Trauma & Finding Freedom with Brainspotting
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting, a powerful therapeutic modality that helps you process trauma, overcome negative beliefs, and move beyond rumination and worry. Brainspotting allows us to access and release deep emotional and physical responses to trauma by targeting specific points in the visual field that correlate with unresolved experiences. Brainspotting offers a unique, non-invasive way to help your brain naturally process and heal, allowing you to experience more peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Trauma Healing with EMDR Therapy
For those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or panic disorders, I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a proven, effective method for helping the brain process disturbing memories and resolve the fight, flight, or freeze response. By allowing your mind to heal naturally, EMDR can transform how you experience past events—helping you move forward with greater peace and resilience.
Creating Connection & Understanding in Relationships
In my work with couples, I use The Gottman Method to help partners:- Disarm conflicting communication and create safety in expressing feelings.
- Increase intimacy, respect, and affection.
- Navigate conflict with empathy and understanding.
- Break through feelings of stagnancy and build lasting connection.
Conflict is inevitable in any relationship, but it doesn’t have to create distance. With the right tools and support, conflict can become an opportunity to learn about your partner’s needs, deepen emotional intimacy, and build a stronger, healthier bond.
A Safe Space to Explore, Heal, and Thrive
I know how important it is to have a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to provide compassionate therapy that helps you get to the root of what’s causing your struggles, guiding you toward a state of clarity, peace, and wholeness. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and compassion every step of the way.
Let’s connect and take this first step together. Healing is possible, and a more fulfilling, authentic life awaits.
