$250 - $435 I believe that with the right therapeutic relationship and a safe, nurturing space, you can uncover your true self, gain clarity, and become empowered to face life’s hardest challenges. Life is filled with ups and downs, and while challenges are a normal part of the human experience, it’s how we respond to these moments that defines our growth and resilience. My role as a therapist is to provide compassionate therapy that helps you tap into your innate wisdom, guiding you toward becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself. I incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you acknowledge your thoughts and feelings with curiosity and compassion. Every emotion—even the “bad” ones—has a purpose and a message. Instead of fighting against uncomfortable feelings, I encourage you to lean into them, exploring what they are trying to communicate about your needs, desires, and boundaries. Through compassionate therapy, I integrate mindfulness, emotional processing, and therapeutic tools to help you find strength, hope, and healing in the midst of one of life's most profound challenges—navigating the complexity of cancer treatment and recovery. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting, a powerful therapeutic modality that helps you process trauma, overcome negative beliefs, and move beyond rumination and worry. Brainspotting allows us to access and release deep emotional and physical responses to trauma by targeting specific points in the visual field that correlate with unresolved experiences. Brainspotting offers a unique, non-invasive way to help your brain naturally process and heal, allowing you to experience more peace, clarity, and emotional freedom. For those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or panic disorders, I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a proven, effective method for helping the brain process disturbing memories and resolve the fight, flight, or freeze response. By allowing your mind to heal naturally, EMDR can transform how you experience past events—helping you move forward with greater peace and resilience. Conflict is inevitable in any relationship, but it doesn’t have to create distance. With the right tools and support, conflict can become an opportunity to learn about your partner’s needs, deepen emotional intimacy, and build a stronger, healthier bond. I know how important it is to have a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to provide compassionate therapy that helps you get to the root of what’s causing your struggles, guiding you toward a state of clarity, peace, and wholeness. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and compassion every step of the way. Let’s connect and take this first step together. Healing is possible, and a more fulfilling, authentic life awaits.![]()
