My Approach to Therapy - What if everything you are feeling is not a problem to solve—but a doorway into deeper connection with who you truly are? As a Depth Psychology Therapist, I see therapy as a powerful tool for inquiry, healing, and growth—a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, wounded, or forgotten. My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented—grounded in the belief that symptoms are not simply obstacles, but meaningful expressions of the psyche asking for attention and care. About Me - I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee completing my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe, as Marion Woodman said, that “healing the soul helps heal the world.” And as Irvin Yalom suggests, therapy is never one-sided—each encounter has the potential to transform both client and therapist. In this shared space, something sacred unfolds: a chance to honor where you have been, and to step into who you are becoming.![]()
