Exploring Healing, Connection, and Meaning Through Therapy
Why You Might Be Here- Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm?
- Are you navigating trauma or relationship struggles that leave you disconnected?
- Do you long for a deeper sense of meaning, clarity, or self-understanding?
- Are you curious about how your dreams, symbols, and unconscious patterns may be guiding your healing?
My Approach to Therapy - What if everything you are feeling is not a problem to solve—but a doorway into deeper connection with who you truly are? As a Depth Psychology Therapist, I see therapy as a powerful tool for inquiry, healing, and growth—a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been silenced, wounded, or forgotten. My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented—grounded in the belief that symptoms are not simply obstacles, but meaningful expressions of the psyche asking for attention and care.
Integrative and Experiential Practices - At HOPE, I weave together Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, Depth Psychology, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, and other experiential techniques to support clients in working through trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional overwhelm.
- Develop a deeper relationship with yourself and your inner world
- Explore unconscious material for greater self-understanding
- Transform stuck patterns by engaging with their underlying meaning
- Connect to the emotional, imaginal, and embodied aspects of healing
What You Can Expect - I work with individuals, couples, and teens. My goal is to create a safe and caring space where I can:
- Offer a grounded, compassionate presence that honors your pace and process
- Support you in exploring patterns, emotions, and unconscious material with curiosity and care
- Invite reflection on dreams, symbols, and the deeper meanings woven through your experiences
- Use a relational and embodied approach that meets you moment by moment
- Create space for your unique story while gently inviting transformation and growth
- Explore your experiences without judgment
- Reconnect with yourself and others in authentic ways
- Cultivate resilience, clarity, and meaning in your life
About Me - I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee completing my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy.
My clinical experience includes trauma-informed care and group work with incarcerated individuals through the Compassion Prison Project, which deeply shaped my understanding of human dignity, resilience, and the capacity for transformation—even in profound suffering. My path as both therapist and human is deeply informed by my own inner work, which has taught me that tending to our own soul creates more space to honor the soul of others.Depth Psychology Therapist
Deep Soul Healing Space
I believe, as Marion Woodman said, that “healing the soul helps heal the world.” And as Irvin Yalom suggests, therapy is never one-sided—each encounter has the potential to transform both client and therapist. In this shared space, something sacred unfolds: a chance to honor where you have been, and to step into who you are becoming.
