$25 - $95 If these questions resonate with you, know that you don't have to face them by yourself. Healing begins when you have a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. As a compassionate therapist, I believe meaningful change happens through authentic human connection, thoughtful exploration, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust. Compassionate Therapist Who Believes Healing Happens Through Connection I believe that healing begins through authentic human connection. Many of the ways we protect ourselves today were once necessary for us to adapt and survive. Over time, however, those same protective patterns can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from the people we love, and from the life we long to live. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, my approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing occurs within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted—allowing you to explore your experiences with curiosity rather than self-criticism. Rather than viewing anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship struggles as problems to simply eliminate, I see them as meaningful expressions of your inner world—signals inviting us to better understand your emotional life, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped who you are. Together, we will gently explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and attachment experiences that continue to influence your present while discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others with greater compassion, authenticity, and resilience. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person possesses an innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. Therapy is not about becoming someone different—it is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, silenced, or forgotten. My hope is to help you uncover your inner strengths, cultivate lasting emotional well-being, and build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with who you truly are. Healing at the Root: A Depth-Oriented Approach: Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I believe lasting healing comes from understanding why we struggle in the first place. My work is grounded in Depth Psychology, which views anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional distress not simply as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful experiences that can lead to greater self-awareness, insight, and transformation. Together, we will gently explore the unconscious patterns, emotional wounds, and life experiences that continue to shape your present, allowing you to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and the people you care about. This gentle yet powerful modality complements traditional talk therapy by supporting your brain's natural ability to heal and integrate difficult experiences. As a compassionate therapist, I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and genuine respect, believing that healing begins when we feel accepted exactly as we are. My Journey to Becoming a Therapist: My decision to become a therapist grew from a deep desire to help others create lives that feel more meaningful, authentic, and connected. Throughout my studies in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute, I have developed a profound appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and the remarkable capacity we all possess to heal, adapt, and grow—even through life's most difficult experiences. My education is rooted in depth psychology, a therapeutic perspective that recognizes that many of our struggles are shaped not only by conscious thoughts but also by deeper emotional patterns, early relationships, unconscious processes, dreams, and the parts of ourselves that often remain outside of awareness. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I believe therapy invites us to explore the deeper meaning beneath our experiences, allowing emotional pain to become a catalyst for greater self-awareness, healing, and lasting transformation. Through this training, I have come to believe that when we approach life's challenges with curiosity, compassion, and openness, they become opportunities to reconnect with our authentic selves, strengthen our relationships, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose. Before pursuing psychotherapy, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge, and later followed a lifelong passion for creativity by studying Fashion Product Design at Accademia del Lusso in Milan, Italy. My experiences in art, design, and creative expression continue to shape how I understand the human experience. I believe creativity is one of the ways we make meaning of our lives, express emotions that words cannot always capture, and reconnect with ourselves and others. These experiences have taught me that every person's story is unique and deserves to be met with curiosity, imagination, and deep respect. It is an honor to walk alongside clients as they discover their own resilience and realize that healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about reconnecting with who they have always been beneath the pain, fear, and patterns that no longer serve them. One of the greatest privileges of my work is witnessing the moment someone recognizes their own inner strength. I believe resilience is not about never falling—it is about finding the courage to rise with greater wisdom, self-compassion, and authenticity each time we do. Let's Begin Your Journey Seeking therapy is an act of courage. While the process can sometimes feel vulnerable, it also creates the opportunity for profound healing, deeper self-understanding, and more meaningful connection—both with yourself and with the people who matter most. Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply longing to better understand yourself, I am committed to being a compassionate therapist who provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing can unfold at your own pace. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you explore your story, uncover your inner strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically your own. Together, we can create lasting change that is rooted not only in symptom relief but in greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, authentic relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. My hope is to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always held the capacity for healing, growth, and transformation.![]()
