Rediscover What’s Real: Therapy for Creatives, Seekers, and the Curious
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee and graduate student at California State University, Northridge, currently completing my master’s in Clinical Psychology. I bring an integrative lens to therapy—where psychology, creativity, spiritual inquiry, and honest self-reflection intersect. I work with adults, teens, and couples who want to explore their inner world, heal past wounds, and move forward with purpose.
My approach is exploring identity, relationships, and purpose through real, inspired, and holistic integrative work.
Lost and Found
If you can be lost, you can also be found. That’s not just poetic—it’s the grounding truth behind this work. I believe transformation begins not with fixing what’s broken, but with rediscovering what’s been there all along: your capacity to feel, to connect, and to live fully.
Where I’m Coming From
I grew up in a family of eccentric artists—think The Royal Tenenbaums. That upbringing shaped my deep appreciation for story, humor, individuality, and the messy, creative process of becoming. I hold space for the strange, the sacred, the unresolved—and I welcome your complexity.
How I Work
My practice is rooted in relationship: with yourself, with others, with time (past, present, future), and, if it matters to you, with God. Whether you’re confronting existential questions or trying to navigate daily struggles, I offer a grounded, real space to reflect, feel, and grow. Our work together will be collaborative, imaginative, and always in service of what truly inspires you. Your inspiration is my north star.
What Guides Me
The best therapy—like the best art—feels real because it is. I’m committed to showing up authentically, and I invite you to do the same. It’s in that shared space of honesty that meaningful change begins. Ultimately, your inspiration is my north star..
Religion and Spirituality
Therapy often welcomes spirituality but tends to be more hesitant with religion. I’m comfortable with both. Whether you’re deconstructing, rebuilding, or somewhere in between, we can explore how your beliefs shape your identity, belonging, and emotional world.
Psychedelics
When appropriate, I support clients in preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences. I believe these journeys can open doors to healing, but require thoughtful context, intention, and ongoing integration work to be truly transformative. Psychedelic-assisted therapy can offer profound insights for those who feel trapped in repetitive patterns, seeking a deeper understanding of their inner world, or are curious about the unconscious.
