Exploring the Root of Emotional Life
Therapy begins with a willingness to examine the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be keeping us from living in alignment with our most authentic selves. Grounded in a psychodynamic framework, I am especially passionate about helping clients uncover the roots of their emotional lives—particularly the early attachment experiences that shape how we relate to others and to ourselves.
These foundational patterns often become internal blueprints, guiding our emotional lives long into adulthood. Through insight and reflection, we can shift the patterns that no longer serve us, making space for healing, growth, and healthier connections.
Compassionate Support for the Journey
My previous work in the entertainment industry has given me a firsthand understanding of the toll high-pressure, fast-paced environments can take on our mental health and relationships. That experience informs my commitment to helping individuals find balance between ambition and well-being, offering tools to manage stress and reconnect with what matters most.
Holistic Therapist, A View of Health and Self-Compassion
My background as a certified personal trainer has also shaped my holistic view of emotional and physical health. The body can become a vessel for trauma, insecurity, or perfectionism—sometimes used as a performance for approval or as a shield for deeper pain. My goal is to help clients cultivate self-compassion and foster a more loving, respectful relationship with themselves.
Empowering Authentic Living
At the heart of my work is the belief that every person holds the innate strength and wisdom needed to heal, grow, and live with purpose. My hope is to help clients uncover that inner strength and to support them in building lives that feel aligned with their authentic selves.
