- Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone?
- Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, or unresolved trauma?
- Do you feel alone in your experiences, as if no one truly understands what you’re going through?
- Are relationship challenges or communication struggles creating distance between you and those you care about?
- Do past experiences continue to shape your confidence, self-worth, or sense of direction?
- Are you longing for relief and a deeper sense of peace in your life?
If these questions resonate, you don’t have to navigate them alone. Therapy can be a place where your story is heard, your pain is understood, and meaningful change begins.
A Supportive and Collaborative Approach to Therapy
As a trauma therapist in Burbank, I care deeply about the people I work with and am committed to helping you experience relief, growth, and a renewed sense of possibility. I provide psychotherapy services to adults, couples, and teens, offering a space that is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and nonjudgmental support.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, meaning I see you as the expert of your own life. Together, we will build on your existing strengths while integrating evidence-based interventions to support meaningful, positive, and lasting change.
In our work together, you can expect:- Develop skills that will allow you to follow a life path that brings meaning
- A warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to be yourself
- Thoughtful exploration of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
- Practical tools to support emotional regulation and personal growth
- A collaborative process tailored to your unique goals and experiences
- Understanding Patterns Through Attachment Work
Using Attachment Theory and/or Brainspotting, we will explore the patterns that may be holding you back. Often, early experiences shape how we connect with others and ourselves in ways we may not fully realize.
Together, we will:- Identify patterns that contribute to insecurity or disconnection
- Process past experiences that continue to influence your present
- Strengthen communication, understand barriers to effective communication, and develop emotional awareness
- Support you in making choices that align with the life you want to create
- Explore your values and how to navigate conflicting values in your work or personal life
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Supporting Relationships with Honesty and Depth
I have a strong passion for working with couples and helping partners reconnect in meaningful ways. As an Integrative Sex Therapy-trained professional, I create a space where even the most sensitive or “taboo” topics can be explored with respect, openness, and care.
Together, we can work to:- Improve communication and understanding
- Repair trust and emotional connection
- Navigate intimacy and relational challenges
- Build a stronger, more secure foundation in your relationship
Healing Trauma with Brainspotting
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting, a powerful and effective modality for processing trauma, overcoming negative beliefs, moving beyond rumination and worry, and reducing emotional distress.
Brainspotting works by accessing deeper areas of the brain where trauma and emotional experiences are stored. and worry. Brainspotting allows us to access and release deep emotional and physical responses to trauma by targeting specific points in the visual field that correlate with unresolved experiences. This allows us to:- Process unresolved trauma at a deeper level
- Reduce rumination, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
- Release stored emotional and physical tension
- Create space for greater clarity, peace, and emotional freedom
This approach is non-invasive and deeply transformative, supporting your brain’s natural ability to heal, allowing you to experience more peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Integrating Faith and Spirituality
For those who value spirituality, I offer therapy that thoughtfully integrates faith and spirituality with psychological healing in a way that feels authentic and nonjudgmental.
I recognize that many individuals have struggled to find spaces where they can be both honest and spiritually supported. My goal is to create an environment where you can:- Explore your faith and spirituality alongside your emotional experiences
- Feel safe expressing doubts, questions, and struggles
- Align your values with your personal growth and healing
Many of today’s Christian or Faith-Based Counselors do not often integrate the practice of spirituality and psychology in a nonjudgmental way that allows you to be vulnerable and honest, leading many to feel hopeless and unfulfilled in the therapy process. I make every effort to create a tailor-made approach with your therapy goals in mind because your journey is unique, and your therapy should reflect that.
Education & Training
I completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, where I developed a strong foundation in both clinical practice and integration of spirituality and relational healing.
Your Path Forward
Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about reconnecting with who you already are beneath the pain, patterns, and experiences that have shaped you.
You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.
