- Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or self-doubt?
- Are you struggling with grief, loss, or painful life transitions?
- Do you long for more authenticity and connection in your relationships?
- Are you looking for creative, holistic approaches to healing when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough?
If so, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your story, rediscover your strengths, and create new possibilities for living with purpose.
My Approach to Therapy
I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of human connection to heal. I’m fascinated by how people relate to themselves and others, and I’ve seen how transformative it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all. It can emerge through conversation, creative expression, or embodied practices—and my role is to walk alongside you as you find what feels right and authentic for your path. We will create a collaborative and flexible approach, always guided by your strengths, values, and goals.
- Expressive Arts Therapy
- Narrative Therapy
- Attachment-Based Frameworks
- Feminist & Jungian Perspectives
- CBT & DBT for skills and emotional regulation
- Somatic & Polyvagal-Informed Practices for mind-body connection
Sometimes words aren’t enough. Art therapy offers a powerful and creative way to process emotions, access unconscious patterns, and foster self-discovery. Through art, clients often discover new perspectives, insights, and avenues for healing that traditional talk therapy may not always reach. Art therapy invites you to explore your inner world in new and transformative ways—no artistic skill required, only a willingness to engage. Key benefits of art therapy include:
- Reducing anxiety and stress through creative expression
- Enhancing self-awareness and self-compassion
- Accessing deeper layers of emotion and meaning
- Supporting healing from trauma in a safe, non-verbal way
Creating an Affirming and Inclusive Space
As a queer-identifying therapist, I am committed to supporting clients across diverse identities, communities, and relationship styles—including those navigating non-monogamous relationships. My practice is a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where all of who you are is welcome. I see each client as the expert of their own life. My role is to support you in making sense of your story, reconnecting with your strengths, and exploring new ways of being that align with your values.
My Path and Training
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Practicum Trainee working toward licensure primarily as a Sacramento Therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from CSU Sacramento and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Art Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies. My journey has shown me that resilience is possible, healing is multifaceted, and connection—with ourselves and others—is the foundation for growth.
Ultimately, my work centers on helping clients cultivate:
- Resilience in the face of life’s challenges
- Self-understanding and clarity
- Empowerment to make meaningful changes
- Deeper connection to self and others
