Are you feeling unmotivated, burnt out, or isolated? Do you struggle to set goals or make decisions? Are you feeling stuck or second-guessing a major life transition? Are you worried about your teenager's behavior or appearance changes? Do you want to feel more confident, passionate, and connected to yourself and loved ones? Do you want to gain more clarity and unlock your full potential for growth? Despite the impression that a life coach will tell you "what to do" or which "goals" to set, my approach relies more on listening and guiding you to discover your own answers. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I offer clients a neutral space free from expectations and judgment. Together, we can explore your current struggles and your goals for the future. I will utilize a results-oriented coaching approach to support you in implementing applied neuroscience and somatic techniques for shifting your perspective and embodying self-compassion. I believe that no matter who you are or what you are bringing with you to our sessions, you deserve to be affirmed, supported, and met with respect. I honor all bodies, colors, brains, abilities, identities, orientations, and spiritualities. My responsibilities as a white mental health provider inform my work as I continue to unlearn internalized colonialism and pursue collective liberation. Coaching Focus I specialize in healing intergenerational trauma and working towards individual self-acceptance.![]()
