Finding Meaning, Authenticity, and a Deeper Way of Being Are You Longing for More Than Just Getting Through the Day? If these questions resonate with you, know that you don't have to navigate them alone. Therapy offers a compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and approach your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more meaningful connection with yourself and the people around you. A Thoughtful and Depth-Oriented Approach to Therapy I believe that symptoms are not simply problems to eliminate—they are often meaningful expressions of something deeper asking to be understood. Anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions can all become invitations to greater self-awareness, healing, and transformation when approached with compassion and curiosity. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to understand your unique story, uncover unconscious patterns, and discover new possibilities for growth. My goal is not only to help relieve emotional suffering but also to help you develop a richer, more authentic relationship with yourself and your life. What Guides My Work At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person possesses an innate capacity for healing, growth, and wholeness. Sometimes life experiences, trauma, relationships, or unconscious patterns interrupt that natural process. Together, we can gently explore those barriers and create space for lasting change. My work is grounded in: Brainspotting complements this work by helping access and process trauma and emotional experiences stored beyond conscious awareness. When words alone are not enough, it offers a gentle yet powerful pathway to release emotional pain, reduce distress, and support the brain's natural capacity for healing. Supporting Individuals, Couples, and Adolescents At Hope Therapy Center, I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents experiencing a wide range of concerns, including: Whether you are seeking relief from emotional pain or searching for a deeper understanding of yourself, our work together will be tailored to your unique goals and experiences. Education & Professional Background I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where my education integrates depth-oriented psychology with contemporary approaches to attachment, relationships, and emotional healing. Outside of psychotherapy, I have a lifelong passion for drama and philosophy, both of which continue to shape how I understand human experience. I view psychotherapy as both a science and a deeply creative, contemplative process—one that invites us to engage with life's challenges in ways that foster insight, resilience, and authentic transformation. Having relatively recently immigrated from the United Kingdom, I also bring a personal understanding of navigating cultural change, rebuilding a sense of belonging, and discovering identity through life's transitions. What You Can Expect My hope is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and supported. I encourage clients to bring their full, authentic selves into the therapy room, knowing that meaningful healing begins with honesty and trust. Together, we will: Above all, I strive to provide a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental space where healing unfolds at your own pace. Therapy is not about becoming someone different—it is about reconnecting with who you truly are beneath the struggles, expectations, and stories that no longer serve you.![]()
