My mission is to empower you to create meaningful connections, build resilience, and embrace your full potential.I bring a wealth of professional experience to my practice, including:
- Serving as Director of Operations for a local non-profit, where I led a School-Based Counseling Program overseeing 60+ therapists and 400+ students.
- Developing Stress Reduction Mindfulness Training for parents and students.
- Participating in a Suicide Prevention Panel alongside educators, law enforcement, and students.
- Creating and implementing a Peer Counseling Program on a high school campus.
- Assessing and supporting students with suicidal ideation, including providing aftercare counseling
