I’m so glad you’re here. Therapy can feel like a daunting step—filled with uncertainty, skepticism, or even fear—but I believe deeply that we are not meant to face life’s challenges alone. We are wired for connection, yet mental and emotional struggles can often isolate us from ourselves and others.
I offer a compassionate, judgment-free environment where we’ll work together to explore your story. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we’ll collaborate to develop tools that not only help you cope but empower you to thrive.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, or identity questions, I’ll walk alongside you to navigate these difficulties. My approach is warm, strengths-focused, and tailored to your individual needs. Through our conversations, you’ll gain the tools to build resilience, find balance, and embrace your authentic self.
Together, we’ll work on setting boundaries, nurturing self-care, and cultivating meaningful connections with the people who matter most.

Understanding the Entertainment Industry
The entertainment world operates on its own rhythm—a blend of excitement, creativity, and immense pressure. From grueling production schedules to emotionally charged scenes, the demands of this industry can have a profound impact on mental health. As a former actor who toured with Second City and pursued a career in Los Angeles, I’ve experienced firsthand the anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout that can accompany a career in entertainment. Now, as a master’s graduate student at Pepperdine University, I am ready to help you navigate life’s struggles.
I integrate an understanding of these challenges with professional expertise. Whether you’re an actor, writer, director, or part of a production crew, I provide tailored support to help you process stress, manage trauma, and maintain a healthier relationship with your work.
