Reclaim a Life That Feels Meaningful, Manageable, and Yours Again
Let’s Find a Way Forward Together
I’m a mental-health-focused Occupational Therapist, and my approach is rooted in helping you reconnect with the activities, people, and goals that bring your life meaning. I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from The University of Southern California (USC) in 2019, and since then, I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan—from young children to college students to adults—supporting them through life transitions, mental health struggles, trauma, and more.
What I bring to the table is more than just talk therapy. I’m trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, ACT, DBT, and Mindfulness Coaching, and I weave these powerful tools into every session based on your needs. I’m also someone who deeply respects your lived experience and values your autonomy—I want our work together to feel collaborative, compassionate, and truly personalized.

I’ll help you reconnect with what matters most to you—whether that’s:
