Helping You Find Peace Beyond Perfection
Do you feel like your mind never truly rests?
Maybe you replay conversations over and over, searching for certainty. Maybe you hold yourself to impossibly high standards and feel like you're constantly falling short.
Perhaps you're recovering from a painful breakup, struggling to let go of someone you love, or finding yourself stuck in the same relationship patterns despite your best intentions.
You may appear high-functioning on the outside while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It's about helping you build a life that feels freer, more connected, and more aligned with who you truly are.
My Approach: Compassionate, Curious, and Relationship-Focused
As a Marriage and Family California Therapist Trainee, I approach therapy through a relational lens, recognizing that our struggles don't develop in isolation—they emerge within the context of our relationships, families, and life experiences. I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply understood rather than judged. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of the patterns that have kept you feeling stuck, and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Rather than trying to eliminate difficult emotions, I help clients develop the confidence to move toward uncertainty, tolerate discomfort, and live according to their values instead of fear.
My style is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel emotionally safe enough to be fully honest—not only with me, but with themselves.

- High achievers experiencing burnout
- Family-of-origin dynamics

Therapy for Relationships—Including the One With Yourself
Many of us learned early in life to earn love through achievement, caretaking, perfection, or self-sacrifice. While those strategies may have once helped us survive, they often leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and from the people we care about most.
Whether you're grieving the end of a relationship, questioning old patterns, navigating dating, or simply wanting healthier connections, therapy offers an opportunity to understand what's driving those patterns and begin creating something different.
My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more grounded, more self-compassionate, and more confident in their ability to navigate life's uncertainties.
Healing isn't about becoming perfect.
It's about becoming more fully yourself.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. My clinical interests include OCD and anxiety treatment, attachment and relationship dynamics, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), family systems, and helping individuals cultivate healthier, more secure relationships—with others and with themselves.
