- Are you holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside?
- Do you feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, work, or self-worth?
- Are anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt quietly running your life?
- Do you long for deeper connection, clarity, and a sense of authenticity?
- Are you ready for meaningful change—but unsure how to begin?
If these questions resonate, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this on your own.
There Is a Way Forward
Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly striving to keep it all together. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware—yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. You may be functioning well on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, depression, addiction, self-criticism, relationship pain, or unresolved trauma.
I work with individuals who want more than just insight—they want real, lasting change. Therapy with me is about creating space to slow down, understand what’s getting in the way, and build the clarity and resilience needed to live differently.
Together, we explore what needs healing, what needs to shift, and what kind of life you want to move toward.
My Approach to Therapy
My work is trauma-informed, relationship-centered, and deeply collaborative. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged—all at the same time.
Therapy is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, self-trust, and capacity for growth.
In our work together, we will:
-
Explore the root causes of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational patterns
-
Identify unhelpful beliefs and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck
-
Build practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience
-
Develop greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence
-
Support meaningful change that aligns with your values
Many clients begin to feel relief within the first month, and continue to gain clarity, emotional strength, and confidence over time.

About Me
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Honors from Fresno Pacific University in 2020 and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology in 2023.
I am deeply committed to creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with curiosity and care. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—one grounded in trust, honesty, and mutual respect.
