Hope, Healing, and Thriving Are Possible
There is hope. Healing is possible. Growth is possible. Thriving is possible. Whether you are struggling with deep emotional or relational wounds, unanticipated life circumstances, or mounting daily challenges, I am here to support you on your journey toward wholeness.
As a Ventura therapist, I am committed to walking with you as you heal, grow, and thrive. Taking the courageous step to begin therapy is not easy—but you don’t have to take it alone.
A Safe and Supportive Space
I recognize the strength it takes to seek out help, and I consider it a privilege to join you on this path. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where your story, challenges, and hopes can be fully heard and honored.
Together, using evidence-based practices, we will identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are acting as barriers to the life you long to live. Along the way, I will support you in processing the questions and difficulties that arise.
How I Work
I work with individuals navigating:- Mental health challenges
- Major life transitions
- Relationship struggles
- Behavior concerns
- Trauma and attachment wounds
My approach integrates existential therapy, brainspotting, and attachment theory, helping you explore the more profound questions of life while understanding how your early relationships shape your current patterns. By uncovering these roots, we can create a tailored plan for lasting change.
Most of my clients begin noticing relief within the first month, and over time, they build greater emotional resilience, healthier attachment strategies, and deeper self-understanding.
Compassion Formed by Experience
My work with teens, families, and individuals who have faced trauma and complex histories has taught me that the past does not need to dictate the future. I hold an unwavering belief that there is always hope. As a Ventura therapist, I am dedicated to helping you choose hope—supporting your determination to heal and live differently.
Couples Therapy and Relationship Healing
I especially enjoy working with couples. Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and my experience leading the Hold Me Tight seminar, I help couples build stronger, more secure relationships.
EFT offers tools to:- Foster a deeper emotional connection
- Break negative interaction cycles
- Improve communication and empathy
- Build trust and resilience for lasting satisfaction
In this process, couples learn to create a safe emotional environment where both partners feel valued, secure, and loved.
Education and Training
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA.
If it would be meaningful to you, I can also integrate your faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process as an additional resource for healing and growth.
Moving Toward Hope
Therapy is about creating space for change, for healing, and for discovering what is possible. As a Ventura therapist, I will walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect—helping you take steps toward a more connected, resilient, and thriving life.
