ADHD Survival Intensive
Learn to work with your Brain - not against it!
Living with ADHD as an adult can feel overwhelming — missed deadlines, emotional burnout, relationship strain, and constant self-criticism.
You don’t have to manage it alone.
The ADHD Survival Workshop is a supportive, trauma-informed experience designed to help adults with ADHD build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable routines — all within a compassionate, non-judgmental community.
The workshop is led by Virginia Hall, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified ADHD Expert, who brings advanced clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to every session. Her approach blends evidence-based strategies with a deep, real-world understanding of neurodivergent adults.
With specialized training in ADHD assessment and treatment, Virginia helps participants move beyond surface-level coping and toward meaningful, sustainable change.
