The group is led by Virginia Hall, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified ADHD Expert, who brings advanced clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to every session. Her approach blends evidence-based strategies with a deep, real-world understanding of neurodivergent adults.

Cost: $480 for all 12 weeks (equals $40 class) pay upfront, save 15%
Schedule: Saturday, 3:30pm in Burbank Office
