Hello, my name is Daniah. I’m happy you found your way here. Life can sometimes put us through many obstacles and challenges, leaving us feeling like we don’t know the next step. Perhaps we may feel powerless in these predicaments and need guidance or a listening ear. In my own life and those around me, I have seen how therapy can help bring healing and transformative change to people.

It is important to me that my clients feel safe and accepted. My one-on-one sessions are a judgment-free zone sprinkled with compassion and care. I believe there is a root cause for everything that we do. Sometimes, bringing in a skilled professional to help identify those causes can bring much self-awareness and positive change. In my practice, I utilize a collaborative approach where we can explore together different solutions that bring about healing, change, and growth. I believe each of us has the answers we are looking for inside of us, and we can work together to discover the findings. My sessions utilize strength-based approaches and proven methods to help my clients create meaningful changes in their lives.

My areas of focus include helping those who are struggling with depression, symptoms of anxiety, overthinking, stress reduction, and trauma recovery. As someone from a diverse background, I am sensitive to culture and strive to tailor my practice to each unique individual I meet. I am thoroughly excited to meet you and walk alongside you on your path to healing and positive change.

I am a second-year Master’s graduate student in the Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy program at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology.
